Bishop Paul Bird shared the news that Pope Francis has appointed Fr Shane Mackinlay as the new Bishop of Sandhurst. The Episcopal Ordination will be celebrated on Wednesday, October 16, 2019 at 12.00noon in Sacred Heart Cathedral, Bendigo.
