Pastoral Practitioner vacancy at St John of God Hospital, Ballarat

St John of God Hospital Ballarat are seeking applications for a Pastoral Practitioner to join the hospital on a permanent part-time basis. This position will include the requirement to participate in an on-call roster.

The Pastoral Practitioner works as an integral member of the multidisciplinary team for the provision of holistic pastoral services to patients and clients. The role will be responsible for the provision of emotional and spiritual support, theological reflection, ritual facilitation, faith/belief integration, establishing pastoral therapeutic relationships, trauma and grief counselling and emotional intelligence.
