On Tuesday, July 28, 2026 we were thrilled to welcome our new Bishop, Bishop Mark Freeman, along with Fr Ed Moloney, Cathedral Parish Administrator, for a shared morning tea with our staff, followed by a tour of our school. During their visit, they explored our beautiful grounds and spent time engaging with students and staff in classrooms across the school.
Their visit coincided perfectly with our Art Show, which was beautifully displayed and ready to showcase the incredible talents of our students. Bishop Mark enjoyed conversing in Italian with students in 3TG and thoughtfully answered the many wonderings of our Year 1 students in 1TW and our Foundation students in FLO. It was a joy to see the genuine interest he showed in our students and their learning.
It was also a proud moment to see the excitement our students showed in welcoming Fr Ed, who is a familiar and valued presence in our school community. We are grateful for his genuine and authentic way of connecting with our students, staff and families, and we truly value his ongoing support of Siena.
