On May 12, International Nurses Day, St John of God Ballarat Hospital celebrated the compassion, dedication and strength of the incredible nurses working there.
Every day, nurses provide outstanding care, comfort and support to patients and families through some of life’s most important moments. Their kindness, professionalism and commitment make a lasting difference in our community, and we are so grateful for all they do.
We also proudly acknowledge and celebrate our Tongan nurses and the strong partnership we share through our Tonga Twinning Program with the Ministry of Health Tonga. Their desire to improve the health outcomes of their communities is truly valued, and we’re are thankful to be a part of it.
To all nurses, thank you for the extraordinary work you do every day.
