A well established custom is the Corpus Christi Priests’ Association Annual Mass in thanksgiving
for those priests celebrating Silver (25 years), Golden (50 years), Diamond (60 years), Platinum (70 years)
of ordination.
The Annual Celebration provides an opportunity for the alumni of Corpus Christi Seminary, to catch
up with those priests who attended Corpus Christi at a similar time.
On Monday, July 27, 2026, around fifty priests including three bishops gathered at Holy Eucharist Parish St Albans
to recognise the contribution of 3 Platinum, 5 Diamond, 5 Golden, and 7 Silver Jubilarians. Collectively this
amounts to just under 1,000 years of ministry and mission in a variety of settings from Parish life to life in a
Religious Community or Congregation, giving thanks to God for generously proclaiming the Word of God,
celebrating the sacraments and shepherding the people of god with love and dedication.
Following the Mass everyone was invited to lunch at Club Italia in St Albans.
