Diocesan Catholic Education Leadership Awards

The Diocesan Leadership Awards acknowledge leaders in our diocese who have made a particularly significant contribution to Catholic education.

In 2020, Catholic Education Ballarat are delighted to announce the following winners of the 2020 Diocesan Leadership Awards:

Mandy Carroll has received the Catholic Leadership Award for her leadership of Faith and Mission at Loreto College, Ballarat, where through authentic faith leadership, she has promoted a Catholic Christian perspective within the Loreto tradition.
Jill Wheatland has received the Partnership Award for her leadership of the VCAL program at Loreto College, Ballarat, which offers students a genuine, hands-on, applied learning pathway, and the opportunity to develop real work skills and practical experience.
Melanie Saleta has received the Fullness of Life Award for the development of a sensory room at St Joseph’s College, Mildura, as a holistic approach to supporting vulnerable students from across all year levels.
