Politics in Service of Peace

The Australian Catholic Bishops Conference has published a statement, Politics in Service of Peace, as the country prepares to go to the polls on May 18. The document outlines principles that can guide people’s thinking ahead of the election, it calls for respectful and peaceful public debate and it outlines key policy issues of importance to the Church and the wider community.
